How do I unlock a new theme?

You need to earn stars by completing maps. Each map awards 1โ€“3 stars based on how many lives you have remaining when you finish. The required star count is shown on every locked theme card.

If you don't want to wait, you can also tap a locked theme and choose "Watch Ad to Unlock" for instant access.

What does "Remove Ads" remove?

The one-time $1.99 "Remove Ads" purchase removes interstitial ads (the full-screen ads that appear after completing a map).

It does NOT remove rewarded ads โ€” those are opt-in buttons like "Watch Ad for +200 Gold" that you only see if you tap them. Most players want to keep those because they're a free way to earn rewards.

I lost all my progress. Can I get it back?

Currently the game saves all progress locally on your device. If you deleted the app or got a new phone, the progress is gone. We're working on adding iCloud sync in a future update.

If you had purchased "Remove Ads", you can restore that purchase via Settings โ†’ Restore Purchases in the game.

The game feels too hard / too easy.

Go to the in-game gear icon (settings) โ†’ Difficulty. There are four options: Easy, Normal, Hard, and Ultra Mega Chaos. Easy reduces enemy HP by 25% and adds 100 starting gold. Ultra Mega Chaos more than doubles enemy HP but also boosts gold rewards by 75%.

You can change difficulty anytime โ€” the change applies to your next map.

Why is the watch ad button grayed out?

Rewarded ads have a 60-second cooldown between uses. The button will become active again after the cooldown expires.

Will my purchases transfer between devices?

Yes! In-app purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not your device. On a new device, just sign in with the same Apple ID and use "Restore Purchases" in the settings to recover your "Remove Ads" status.

Game progress (stars/maps) does not currently transfer โ€” we're working on iCloud sync for a future update.

I want a refund for my IAP.

All in-app purchases are processed by Apple, not us. Request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
